After filling out your new client questionnaire, you will meet with Shannon via zoom for an initial assessment call. She will review your current fitness and activity level, set macro targets specific to your goals, review non-negotiable metrics to follow, and align everything into a seamless plan to follow.
*Recommended to follow up with a minimum of 4 accountability check in calls.

Program tailored specifically for YOU based on YOUR goals, athletic ability, and equipment availability. Each program consists of 3-4 workouts that you’ll rotate throughout the week. The program works on a 4-week training cycle that you will perform on your own schedule. After the 4 weeks you’ll reassess with Shannon Tubridy to plan for the next program. This program also includes a weekly check-in for questions. Ideal for those who are seeking structure in their training, but feel comfortable executing a program on their own.

Already have a fitness routine in place & just looking for nutritional guidance? You will receive a custom macro nutrient target plan that works WITH your specific goals. This is NOT a meal plan, but you will receive recipes that you can choose to fit within your personalized macro targets. This program includes a weekly check-in call.

Already have a routine in place, but need that extra layer of accountability to hold you to your goals & keep you motivated?
Schedule a weekly check in call where we will go over your goals, assess your week, and plan for any adjustments as needed.

Book either a virtual session (conducted via zoom), or a 1×1 in home training session. Shannon will work with the equipment you have, suggest what to get, or even bring some of her own equipment to amp up your training game (if applicable).
You can begin with an initial assessment for $50 or buy a package up front and get the initial assessment for free.

After completion of payment, you will be invited to a private Facebook group where you will receive your meal plan and other resources to guide you through the week.
